House on Sag Harbor - The Hamptons, New York

A refined waterfront home shaped by clarity, restraint and extraordinary attention to detail, House on Sag Harbor draws inspiration from the simplicity of traditional barn forms. Two perpendicular structures create an elegant silhouette while opening the home towards expansive views across Sag Harbor Bay.

Vulcan Cladding was carefully tested through multiple seasons to understand how its surface, colour and grain would respond to changing light. A fine-textured finish softens reflections and brings greater depth and richness to the façade, while the timber’s engineered stability and durability support the longevity expected of this exceptional home.

Food Innovation Precinct - Mandurah, Western Australia

Th precinct brings commercial innovation, scientific research and food production together across three interconnected hubs. Exposed steel is balanced by Vulcan® Cladding in warm Straw and contrasting black finishes, with Vulcan Screening in Protector™ – Manuka creating texture, shade and visual continuity across the precinct.

Its thermally modified, engineered vertical grain provides the stability required in extreme temperatures, while its verified carbon-storing properties supported the project’s environmental objectives.

Luxury Hospitality Architecture

Noka Lodge - Lincolnshire, England

Set beside a lake within the English countryside, Noka Lodge transforms a simple building form into a distinctive luxury retreat. Studio Mills Design drew on Japanese barn architecture and the rhythm of traditional Shoji screens to create a finely gridded façade with depth, texture and visual calm. Clear-grade Vulcan Cladding in a weathered grey finish accentuates the architectural lines while allowing the building to settle naturally into its rural surroundings.

Its enhanced stability is particularly valuable within Lincolnshire’s high-rainfall climate, helping the precisely coordinated façade retain its refined appearance through changing temperature and moisture levels.
