Climate-conscious Design
- Verified to store more carbon than is used in its production, each square metre of Vulcan Cladding stores 7.56kg+ of carbon as evidenced by an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD).
- Vulcan is made from FSC® certified plantation New Zealand grown Radiata with full chain of custody verification.
- Declare Certified ’Red List Free’ by the Living Futures Institute.
- Efficient local supply chain minimises embodied energy, with initial wood processing occurring next to the forest then shipped to regional parts of New Zealand for local processing.

Lifetime Beauty and Performance
- Vulcan Timber has Durability Class 1 (EN350) and Class 2 (AS5604) - above ground.
- 25-year warranty for cladding, panelling and screening (refer to warranty conditions).
- An ideal timber choice for both exterior and interior applications like cladding, battens, posts, beams, panelling.
- Suitable for coating with dark colours, including black.
- Proven strength over time - after 91-month of outdoor testing, Abodo's timber significantly outperformed Canadian Western Red Cedar heartwood.
